At Ignite Academy, we believe in second chances—with structure, support, and purpose. Our Probation Program offers a pathway for youth who’ve experienced incarceration or probation to rebuild, grow, and redefine their future. Through a three-phase journey, participants move from stabilization to growth to launch—equipped with leadership skills, life tools, and community support.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
THREE PHASES OF TRANSFORMATION
PHASE 1: DISCOVER
Participants explore their identity, uncover purpose, and create a personalized roadmap using the Mission Portrait and 7 Igniters. This phase builds clarity, motivation, and a sense of belonging.
PHASE 2: GROW
Students build life and trade skills—like emotional regulation, communication, and hands-on experience—while continuing their personal development journey.
PHASE 3: LAUNCH
With a clear plan in place, students prepare for next steps in employment, education, or independence—equipped with job readiness tools, a support network, and renewed confidence.
