Our Ignite Students program is the Mission Portrait™ and 7 Igniters™ curriculum — developed by Wildfire Leadership. Through character development, story work, and purpose discovery, every student creates a visual framework for their identity and a personal roadmap for their future.
Delivered through group mentoring over 8-10 weeks, this is the core of everything we do — and the starting point for every program.
Real-World Pathways
With their purpose and roadmap in hand, students connect the dots — through job shadowing, workforce training, life mentorship, and other opportunities tailored to their path.
For communities that want it, we also provide the framework for workforce development in skilled trades like automotive, construction, and welding — designed to go wherever students are.
