Our Locations
Bringing purpose-driven programming to communities across the country.
Ignite Academy's proven model is designed to be replicated in any community. Each location operates with a local Program Director and team, delivering the same character development curriculum, mentoring model, and next-step pathways — tailored to the unique needs and workforce landscape of that community.

Our Newest Location
We're thrilled to announce that Ignite Academy is coming to Charleston! Our proven model of character development, purpose discovery, and mentoring will soon be available to young people in the Charleston community.
Leading this launch is Maysa Murdock, our Charleston Program Director. Maysa is a former Ignite Academy student who experienced the power of our programming firsthand. After going through the program, she went on to graduate from Southeastern University (SEU) in Florida — and now she's coming back to help others find the same purpose and direction that changed her life.

The Needs Communities Are Facing
Across every community we work with, the same challenges keep coming up. These are the problems Ignite Academy was built to address.
Lack of Purpose & Direction
Students don't know who they are, what they're good at, or where they're going. They need help discovering their identity and building a vision for their future.
Workforce Gaps
Employers can't find workers. Students aren't being prepared for real careers. There's a disconnect between education and employment.
Clarity & Confidence
Young people lack the confidence, emotional skills, and decision-making ability to navigate life — whether they're headed to college, a career, or something else.
Transportation & Access
Students can't get to programs. That's why our model is designed to go where students are — into schools, community centers, and partner organizations.
What Getting Started Looks Like
Whether you're a superintendent, community leader, or nonprofit — here's the simple path to bringing Ignite Academy programming to your students.
Start a Conversation
Reach out to us. We'll listen to your community's needs, learn about your students, and share how the model works. No commitment — just a conversation.
Timeframe: Anytime. This is a phone call or meeting.
Assess the Fit
We'll work together to determine the right programming for your community — whether that's curriculum in your schools, workforce development partnered with a local community college, a full community program, or a combination.
Timeframe: 2-4 weeks of discovery.
Build the Team & Train
We identify or train a local Program Director, establish partnerships with school districts, community colleges, and local organizations, and certify facilitators to deliver the curriculum. Ignite provides the training, curriculum, and ongoing support.
Timeframe: 1-3 months of setup and training.
Launch & Deliver
Students begin the 8-10 week semester-based program. They go through the Mission Portrait™ and 7 Igniters™ curriculum, group mentoring, and any additional pathways your community has chosen.
Timeframe: First semester can launch within 3-6 months of initial conversation.
Measure, Grow & Sustain
We track outcomes together, adjust programming based on results, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Communities can expand programming over time as the impact grows.
Timeframe: Ongoing partnership.
